"Doulas will never stop supporting you. We are here to hold space no matter the circumstances". #doulapower #sisterhood
Dedicating this to my indomitable clients who are working through very unique circumstances these days and adjusting to them, each in their own unique way.
You are strong, you are resilient; you are traveling a very special road right now, and we are here for you. We are here to embrace the journey with you; to support you through the twists and turns, the ups and downs.
And for all the expecting families out there, I want you to know that there is a doula for you; a doula who is happy to be there with you, to support you, to share info, to be a sounding board for your thoughts, to help you navigate your journey in the way that fits your needs best.
Special shout-out to Afra @afra.said for bringing us together and much love to the beautiful doulas from all over the world who are reppin' here.
Doulas all the way from the West Coast to the East Coast, from Egypt to Australia to Nigeria and back here to the US of A.

Sending lots of love out to all the new parents as you start this new phase of your life.
May it be smooth, blessed and easier than you ever expected.
May it be surrounded by community, even if that means virtually.
May you find ways to stay connected and supported, especially when you are most in need of it.
