Does anyone else feel like they are on an episode of Grey’s? I keep thinking to myself this just can’t be real. #covid19.
Things I’ve been doing to keep busy during this quarantine.
1. Walking- with the gym being closed I haven’t worked out and it’s been a struggle to stay focused on that, but I have been getting outside to walk. So progress right? Lol
2. Building an online program- helping parents occupy their kiddos while they can have a moment to themselves. Dancing has helped me stay active and the kiddos stay active. And let be real, we get to interact with each other and that’s a gift in itself.
3. Rebranding Theory/ Building a new website.
4. Eating a lot of food.... way too much food.
The reason I’m sharing this is because I’ve put a lot of pressure on myself the last couple of weeks... telling myself to adjust and since everything is 100% at home I have been working 12-13 hour days and I don’t believe it’s healthy. So today, I worked half the day and now I’m just resting. I’m literally laying here on my couch with my flaming hot Cheetos. (Of course) and I don’t even feel bad about it.
I want to remind you that it’s okay to take a break, it’s okay to have a moment, it’s okay to cry out of frustration, it’s all okay. Adjusting is hard. Change is hard. But we’re in this together.
If I can help in any way, let me know. ❤️
