—————————————- Video 1️⃣ alternating reverse lunge, b-stance or staggered stance deadlift. If you have trouble recruiting your glutes for lunges, give this combo a try!
Video 2️⃣ 3 Russian twists, 1 side plank with knee drive.
Video 3️⃣ same as video one, opposite side.
Video 4️⃣ contralateral leg drop and tricep extension. Switch sides half way.
Video 5️⃣ dB swing and shoulders press. As always, make sure to hinge from the hips and drive hips with the glutes. And switch half way.
Video 6️⃣ repeat for 5 rounds with as little rest as possible. ——————————————
